Case Study

A Food Machinery Company from Northern Taiwan

Full-Plant Energy Management System Implementation

Pain Points
Their clientele primarily comprises European and American customers. With the global trend of carbon footprint auditing on the rise, they face mounting pressure to develop effective energy-saving strategies. However, a lack of sufficient manpower makes it challenging to invest extra resources in planning and implementation.

Service
Within just one week, we successfully installed a comprehensive monitoring setup covering everything from total plant power usage to single-machine electricity consumption. We place great value on customer feedback, using it to guide future product development and continually enhance our service quality.

Results
With real-time data automatically uploaded to the Gaia Energy Monitoring & Management System, the company no longer needs to allocate significant manpower for on-site meter readings. More importantly, they uncovered a machine that continued operating despite being scheduled to shut down—quickly pinpointing and addressing abnormal power consumption.

A Screen Printing Company from Central Taiwan

A visit to the TROPOX Demo Site in Taoyuan

Requirements
To reduce electricity costs, the company sought to identify key equipment with high energy consumption in order to develop targeted energy-saving strategies.

Overview
In 2022, this central Taiwan–based screen printing enterprise traveled north to visit our pilot site in Qingpu, Taoyuan. We guided them through the facility, showcasing the installation and configuration of our smart power meters in the machine room and electrical cabinets. Additionally, we demonstrated the Gaia Energy Monitoring & Management System in action—displaying real-time power consumption data across various equipment—and engaged in in-depth discussions about their current energy-saving challenges. We also thoroughly explained the value that TROPOX solutions can bring, helping them map out a clear path toward more efficient energy management.
