A truly scalable energy monitoring and management system designed to grow alongside customers, featuring flexible deployment planning. It is currently the industry’s only smart meter capable of adapting to different phase configurations.
From October 18 to 20, 2023, TROPOX—a startup brand under Promate Group—exhibited its hybrid energy monitoring and management solutions in collaboration with Blutech Inc. at Booth J0230 of Hall 1, Nangang Exhibition Center, as part of “Energy Taiwan” and “Net-Zero Taiwan,” Taiwan’s largest renewable energy platform bridging industry, government, and academia.
According to data from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, around 190,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout Taiwan could be required to conduct carbon inventories by their supply chains or by the EU. For Taiwan-based manufacturers in the upstream of supply chains, successful carbon reduction will be critical to securing future orders. Facing its own transition to carbon reduction, Promate Group understands the pain points of SMEs. Leveraging years of experience in electronic component distribution as well as design and manufacturing for international tech giants, Promate Group has developed an energy management solution truly suited to SMEs.

After many years in electronic component distribution and specialized electronic design manufacturing, Promate Electronic has now transformed into its own brand, entering the smart monitoring market. The brand name “TROPOX” is derived from the Earth’s troposphere, reflecting a commitment to being responsible for the planet’s ecology while creating new products.
TROPOX’s energy monitoring and management system is the only solution in the market that can flexibly pair with different phase configurations. With its highly adaptable deployment options, companies can gradually scale up and enhance detailed monitoring as they grow. Moreover, TROPOX’s smart meters are less than half the size of competing products, solving space constraints for expansion. Unlike many multi-circuit meters, which require the entire unit to be repaired or replaced if one circuit fails, TROPOX’s modular smart meter design saves customers significant future maintenance costs and hassle.

Hybrid Energy Monitoring Management System
Originally providing wired, cloud-based power data collection solutions for corporate facilities, TROPOX has now combined its strengths with Blutech Inc.’s exclusive NeVerLoSs LoRa® wireless technology to launch a new generation of “Hybrid Energy Monitoring Management System Solutions.” Depending on their needs, customers can opt for wired or wireless deployment and data transmission in a highly flexible manner.
During the event, in addition to co-exhibiting with Blutech Inc., TROPOX also partnered with two environmentally conscious brands. One is “EcoJoy,” which transforms recycled plastic and gashapon capsules into art installations. The other is “SJ Furniture LAB,” which uses scrap iron and aluminum shavings to craft tables and chairs. Both brands practice “upcycling,” giving new life to waste materials and turning them into everyday art pieces. TROPOX incorporated this concept into a gashapon activity at the exhibit, allowing visitors to experience the fun of capsule toys while participating in upcycling. The engaging plant giveaway further promoted environmental awareness and carbon reduction in an educational yet entertaining way.
